🚗 Parking Details:
✔ You may park in the driveway on the right side when facing the house. Please drive carefully — the driveway is narrow, and vehicles should not block the sidewalk, as this may result in a ticket.
✔ Please note: This is a shared driveway with the downstairs unit. If you choose to park here, there’s a possibility of being blocked in. You may need to kindly say hello to the other guests/tenants if cars need to be moved.
✔ Street parking is available, but please note that the signs in the area can be a bit misleading. You’re allowed to park overnight on the street, just make sure not to block any driveways or park too close to the fire hydrant, as towing is strictly enforced (even if you’re not fully blocking it). To be safe, avoid the open section near the hydrant altogether. Only park on the west side of the street, facing uphill.

There are usually plenty of Bird Scooters available to rent through the Bird app in the area. App will show locations of scooters.

✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door – a door code for entry/exit will be provided.
✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.
✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.
✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.
✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.

✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.
✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).
✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.
✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.
✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.
