Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. However, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in, and mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged for longer stays at an additional fee.
Trash Disposal:
- Guests are kindly requested to gather excess trash and place it in the large receptacles provided at the side of the house.
Rules and Guidelines:
- Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and refrain from smoking or bringing pets inside the house.
- Large gatherings or parties are not permitted on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in eviction by the landlord and involvement of law enforcement.
- Furniture rearrangement within the property is prohibited to maintain its condition and layout integrity.
- An extra fee will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the declared amount.
- Check-out time is at 10 am, and late check-out will incur additional fees.
Additional House Rules:
- Strictly no smoking, pets, or parties allowed inside the property.
- Fees for pet cleanup, party cleanup, smoking remediation, and damaged items apply as outlined in the agreement.
Safety and Security:
- Exterior security cameras are installed for monitoring purposes, and a noise monitoring device is in place.
- Guests are required to complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement.
- By booking, guests consent to a third-party identity screening and criminal background check. Details regarding guest screening can be provided upon request from the property manager.
Pet Policy:
- Small pets under 30 lbs. are allowed at the house. If guests bring a pet and leave the property, the pet must be secured in a cage until their return.
- Pet fees apply and vary depending on whether they are reported before check-in or observed on the property without prior payment.
